How Jamie Is Helping Women Heal, Move, and Grow
Through The Fight for Healing, Hot Momz Fit Club, and MotivatedByJamie, Jamie is transforming personal challenges into purpose-driven communities rooted in faith, fitness, sobriety, and sisterhood.
Some journeys do not make sense while we are living through them. The seasons that challenge our confidence, test our faith, and force us to rediscover ourselves can feel like setbacks. But sometimes, those same seasons become the foundation for something greater.
For Jamie, founder of The Fight for Healing and MotivatedByJamie, and co-founder of Hot Momz Fit Club, her journey has been a testament to the power of finding purpose in unexpected places. What began as a personal fight to reclaim her identity and well-being has evolved into a mission to help women move through life honestly, heal intentionally, and grow into who they are called to be.
Each of her platforms represents a different chapter of her life, yet all three are connected by a shared belief: no experience has to be wasted, and even the most difficult seasons can become opportunities for transformation.
Finding Strength in the Fight
The Fight for Healing was born during one of the most challenging periods of Jamie’s life: postpartum.
While caring for a newborn and managing her household during maternity leave, Jamie found herself struggling to rebuild her confidence and reconnect with the woman she knew herself to be. She felt overwhelmed by the pressure to maintain balance, show up as a mother, and somehow find her way back to herself. At the time, she did not fully recognize that she was experiencing postpartum anxiety.
“I truly felt like I was fighting for my life,” Jamie shares.
In the midst of that uncertainty, boxing became more than a physical outlet. It became a way for her to reclaim her strength, regulate her emotions, and process feelings she could not always articulate. Through movement, she began discovering a path toward healing.
What once felt like a disorienting and difficult chapter eventually became the inspiration for The Fight for Healing. Her experience revealed that healing is not always a quiet, comfortable process. Sometimes, it requires showing up for yourself when you feel depleted, finding strength when you feel powerless, and learning to recognize your own needs in the middle of caring for everyone else.
For Jamie, that season became a turning point. The fight was no longer just about getting through the day; it was about rediscovering herself and creating something that could help other women do the same.
Faith, Fitness, and Sisterhood
While The Fight for Healing emerged from Jamie’s postpartum experience, Hot Momz Fit Club grew from her commitment to living authentically alongside other women navigating the realities of motherhood and personal growth.
As co-founder, Jamie works alongside Jasmine, the brand’s founder, to build a community centered on fitness, sobriety, faith, and meaningful connection. Together, they embrace the reality of being sober mothers who are still learning, growing, and figuring things out as they go.
They are not positioning themselves as women who have mastered every aspect of life. Instead, they are creating the kind of supportive environment they need themselves: one where women can show up as they are, move their bodies, nurture their mental well-being, and build genuine relationships without alcohol being at the center of the experience.
Hot Momz Fit Club is about more than workouts. It is about creating space for women to experience joy, deepen their faith, and develop friendships that support the lives they are working to build.
“It is where faith, fitness, sobriety, and sisterhood meet,” Jamie explains, emphasizing the importance of giving God the credit and glory for how far they have come.
Through this community, Jamie and Jasmine are helping redefine what wellness can look like for mothers. It does not have to be rooted in perfection or performance. It can be found in movement, accountability, laughter, honest conversations, and the courage to continue growing together.
The Mindset Behind MotivatedByJamie
At the heart of Jamie’s work is a personal philosophy that has helped shape every platform she has built: keep moving, even when life does not unfold as planned.
MotivatedByJamie is the most personal expression of that mindset. It reflects her determination to approach life’s challenges with curiosity, faith, and an openness to growth.
For Jamie, motivation is not always enough. Motivation can be temporary, influenced by emotions or circumstances. Determination, however, is the commitment to keep going and to find meaning in the process.
When faced with disappointment, uncertainty, or a circumstance she never would have chosen, Jamie challenges herself to ask deeper questions: What is the purpose in this? What is the spiritual lesson? What is this experience developing in me, and how might it eventually help someone else?
This perspective does not require her to pretend that difficult experiences are easy or that every painful moment immediately makes sense. Instead, it invites her to look beyond the initial disappointment and consider what can be learned, strengthened, or created from it.
That mindset is woven into her work and the message she hopes to share with women who encounter her platforms. Personal growth is not always linear, and purpose does not always arrive with immediate clarity. Sometimes, understanding comes only after a season has passed and the lessons begin to reveal themselves.
Healing Beyond Survival
For Jamie, healing means more than surviving a difficult chapter and moving on. It means taking the time to understand what an experience revealed, how it changed you, and what you want to carry forward.
One of the most important lessons she has learned is that gratitude and grief can exist together.
A woman can acknowledge that something hurt her, disappointed her, or felt deeply unfair while also recognizing the strength, wisdom, or redirection that emerged afterward. Gratitude does not erase the pain, excuse what happened, or require anyone to call a painful experience good. Instead, it allows room for a new perspective without denying the reality of what was endured.
Jamie sees this connection throughout her own life. Her postpartum experience helped inspire The Fight for Healing. Her sobriety strengthened her faith and contributed to the foundation of Hot Momz Fit Club. The challenges she continues to navigate give MotivatedByJamie its honesty and depth.
Each chapter has contributed to the woman she is becoming and the work she feels called to do.
“Nothing has to be wasted,” is the philosophy reflected in her journey.
That belief is central to how Jamie understands purpose. Healing can mean looking back at a season that once felt like an obstacle and recognizing how it helped shape a new direction. It can mean allowing personal growth to become a source of encouragement for someone who is still in the middle of her own struggle.
For Jamie, the goal is not simply to overcome what happened. It is to allow the experience to become part of a testimony, a new narrative, and an opportunity to serve others.
Showing Women What Is Possible
Jamie’s message carries particular weight because it is grounded in the realities of her everyday life.
She is raising six children, supporting a husband who works the night shift, working multiple jobs, building brands and communities, pursuing her doctorate, and managing the school, sports, and household routines that come with raising a family. Alongside these responsibilities, she continues to invest in her professional, spiritual, and personal development.
She does not share her life as an example of perfect balance. Rather, she wants women to see what can be possible while navigating the complications and demands of real life.
There have been seasons when she lacked the childcare, time, resources, support, or village she wished she had. There have also been moments when circumstances appeared to be working against her. Yet she continues to approach her journey with faith, discipline, creativity, and determination.
Her hope is that women who connect with her work will begin to believe in themselves again.
“I want her to walk away believing, ‘If Jamie can do it, I can do it too,’” she says.
That message is not about comparing journeys or suggesting that every woman has the same resources or responsibilities. It is about reminding women that their current circumstances do not automatically disqualify them from pursuing a meaningful, fulfilling life.
Progress may require sacrifice. Growth may require asking for help, changing direction, establishing boundaries, or learning to give yourself grace. The journey may look different than expected, but the challenges a woman faces do not have to define the limits of what she can become.
Through her platforms, Jamie hopes to create spaces where women feel encouraged rather than judged, supported rather than isolated, and empowered to keep showing up for themselves.
Turning Personal Growth Into Collective Purpose
Although The Fight for Healing, Hot Momz Fit Club, and MotivatedByJamie were created during different seasons, they share a common thread: the belief that women deserve opportunities to heal, reconnect with themselves, and grow in community.
One platform offers a pathway to healing through movement and emotional awareness. Another brings women together through faith, fitness, sobriety, and sisterhood. The third reflects the determination to find meaning in life’s circumstances and continue moving forward.
Together, they tell the story of a woman who has chosen to approach her experiences as more than isolated chapters. She sees them as connected parts of a journey that continues to shape her purpose.
For Jamie, the most meaningful outcome is not simply building successful brands. It is knowing that another woman might discover strength through her story, feel less alone in her struggles, or find the courage to take the next step in her own healing.
Her journey is a reminder that growth does not require having every answer. Sometimes, it begins with a willingness to keep moving, a decision to face what hurts, and the faith to believe that the present season is not the end of the story.
The very experiences that once felt like misfortunes can become sources of wisdom, connection, and purpose. And when women begin to recognize that possibility within their own lives, healing becomes more than an individual pursuit. It becomes something they can share, embody, and extend to others.
Through her work, Jamie is making room for women to do exactly that: move through life with intention, heal without denying their pain, and grow into the women they are called to become.
